Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not currently ship anywhere else.

Processing

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday start processing the next business day.

How long delivery takes

8 to 14 days from order to doorstep. The product page shows this as a live date range, and that date is the one we hold ourselves to. We pad the estimate on purpose: we would rather quote fourteen days and arrive on day eleven than quote seven and arrive on eleven.

Your order travels from our production partner in Guangdong, China, direct to you. There is no US warehouse in between, which is a large part of why the bodysuit is $29 rather than $68.

Tracking

A tracking number goes out by email the moment the parcel is scanned. If tracking has not updated in more than 6 days, email us and we will chase the carrier. You should not have to.

Shipping cost

Free on orders over $50. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. There are no fees added after the fact.

Duties and import taxes

The United States ended its $800 duty-free allowance for low-value shipments in 2025. Duties may therefore apply to your parcel and are not included in the price you pay us. If a carrier bills you on delivery, that charge is set by US Customs, not by us, and we do not receive any part of it. We would rather tell you this on the shipping page than have you find it out at the door.

If it is late

If your order has not arrived 25 days after dispatch, email us. We will either replace it or refund it in full, your choice, and you do not need to return anything.

If it arrives damaged

Photograph it and email us within 7 days of delivery. We replace it at our cost and you keep the damaged one.

Wrong address

We can change an address before dispatch, so email us fast. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it. If it comes back to us as undeliverable we will refund the goods, less the outbound postage.
