Refund policy

The short version

30 days. Unworn, tags on. You pay return postage. We do not ask you to justify yourself.

The window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.

Condition

Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached, in their original packaging.

The hygiene exception — read this before you order

This is an intimate garment. Once it has been worn we cannot legally resell it, so we cannot accept it back. Trying it on over your own underwear, briefly and with the tags still attached, is fine and is exactly what the 30 days is for. Wearing it out for a day is not. We state this at the top rather than in fine print because a returns surprise is a worse experience than a clear rule.

Who pays

You pay return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee, and we do not deduct the original shipping from your refund on a full return.

How to start one

Email us with your order number and which item you are returning. We reply with the return address and instructions the same working day, Monday to Friday.

When you get your money

We inspect on arrival and issue the refund within 2 business days of receiving the parcel. It lands on your original payment method 3 to 5 business days after that, depending on your bank. We will email you when we send it.

Exchanges

The fastest route is a return plus a new order, so your size ships immediately instead of waiting for your return to reach us. If you would rather we handle it as a straight exchange, say so in your email and we will.

Faulty items

If something arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, none of the above applies. Email us with a photo and we make it right at our cost, including postage.

Sale items

Sale items are returnable on exactly the same terms as everything else.
